Motion Graphics
These are some select examples of my motion graphics design and animation work. All of these particular pieces were created as personal projects. I also created several lower-thirds titles and bumpers for Wall Street Webcasting and AJ Madison, which are not displayed here. Income Inequality
This is a motion graphic I created using income inequality statistics. At the time, I didn't have too many typography-heavy pieces in my portfolio and wanted to create something text heavy that would also be very visually interesting. I wanted to have more than just plain text on a screen, so I added the moving images in the background to add some excitement.

These are motion graphics titles created in After Effects using text and still images.
"Girl Anachronism" Kinetic Typography
This is a kinetic type piece that I made for the song "Girl Anachronism" by the Dresden Dolls. I only worked with the first few lines of the song and am hoping to finish it at some point. This was my first try doing kinetic typography and I really liked it. I used After Effects to create the piece.
Winter Dew Tour Motion Graphic Commercial
This was a short 2.5D motion graphic I made as a fake commercial for the Action Sports Winter Dew Tour. The photos used were from sxc.hu stock footage site and I did the animation for using Adobe AfterEffects. It won "Best Overall" at the iBradley Media Festival in 2009.
Brutal Skatewear Motion Graphic
This 2.5D motion graphic was made for a company called Brutal Skatewear. The graphics were all created from scratch, including the type, and animated in Adobe AfterEffects. To create the type I used the Bodoni font and arranged different letters together to spell out "Brutal".
